About this Report

Black & Veatch's annual sustainability report details the company’s efforts across seven environmental, social and governance commitment areas aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Progress towards each commitment is detailed across 2021, a year in which the company continued to improve our safety record, expanded the focus of our DE&I efforts and aligned the Black & Veatch Foundation with the UN SDGs.

These efforts, and our ongoing focus on decarbonization and mitigating our climate impact helped inform our Transformation effort so that we may continue to build a world of difference in sustainable infrastructure.
